Ellen Honigstock

I am in equal parts: a curious artist, a recovering architect, a staunch Brooklynite, and a dedicated green building educator.

My day job consists of teaching people in construction and real estate how to design, construct and operate low-carbon buildings.

My creative outlet, however, is making artwork informed by natural forms and bright colors. Making art gives me a reason to slow down and pay better attention to the world around me. It allows me the freedom to transform a street tree into a lush canopy, or a potted plant into a sunburst.

These pieces brought me much joy to make. I created this store to share my work and I hope they will bring you delight too!
